During the pique protocol we use the scientific research like:

To guide people through their resistance training, we made this infographic. We use velocity based training to improve performance in CrossFit. VBT can have it´s place inside this sport. Time will tell if this type of resistance training will be more exploited inside CrossFit. For now we are really stunned by the results.
