Individual Design are weekly programs specifically made for an individual in order to improve in the most efficiënt way possible. During this program we look at the individual and apply strategies based on the outcomes of the assessment. We combine the individual design with personal coaching, this is not the same as personal training.
As opposed to the regular personal trainer who usually only helps you with the 1 hour in the gym, we place more value on the behavior in the other 23 hours of the day. So a personal coach will help individuals achieve health through coaching them how to optimize the hours outside of the gym and aligns this with what is going on inside the gym. We do this through constant contact.
With full ID you will receive training sessions 5-7 days a week. If this is desired, you will receive 2 training sessions a day. Full ID cannot be combined with other classes. This programming is for the person who takes his or her training very seriously and wants to perform at a competitive level
With partial ID you will receive training sessions 3 days a week. Partial ID is difficult to combine with other lessons, in consultation with your coach you can draw up a schedule where you can combine it. This program is for the person who is not able to train for 5+ days. Every training takes about 1,5 to 2 hours and includes proper warm up and cool down protocols.
As the name suggests, afterclass ID gives you short(er) training sessions. These are additions that you can do before or after your standard training to eliminate weaknesses. This membership is for the person who wants to keep doing the gym classes but also wants to eliminate his or her weaknesses. The training sessions take up about 30 to 40 minutes
